Will my visa come through in time?

Umrah visas for UK passport holders are processed through the Nusuk system managed by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. As long as your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your return date and all documentation is submitted promptly, visa processing is straightforward.

How far will my hotel be from the Haram?

This is the question that matters most. We confirm the exact hotel distance from Masjid-al-Haram at the point of booking. A hotel near the al-Haram can mean from 100 metres to 1.5 kilometres. We specify the distance, name the property and confirm it in writing. No surprises.

What if something goes wrong while I’m in Saudi Arabia?

Our UK based support team is reachable throughout your trip. We also provide 24/7 emergency assistance contact details before you depart, so if a flight is disrupted, accommodation has an issue or you need guidance in Makkah or Madinah, you’re not dealing with it alone.
