Planning Hajj is one of the most significant decisions a Muslim will make. When the time comes, you want to travel with people who genuinely understand what that means not just logistically but spiritually. At Travel to Kabah, we have spent over 19 years helping UK Muslims fulfil this sacred obligation with confidence, clarity and care. Our hajj packages 2027 are built around you, your budget, your family’s needs and your peace of mind.
All our arrangements are made through Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah approved channels. We offer flexible package types, from economy to luxury 5 star, with flights, hotels, ground transport, Nusuk registration assistance and guided support throughout.
We hear the same worries from pilgrims every year. Here is how we address each one.
Since the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah moved to the official Nusuk platform, many UK pilgrims find the registration process confusing. There are two separate Nusuk systems, the Nusuk app used for Umrah and the dedicated Nusuk Hajj portal at nusuk.sa and they are not the same thing. Many first-time pilgrims mix them up. Our team walks you through the correct portal, helps you set up your account, prepares your documents and submits everything accurately. You do not have to navigate it alone.
Transparent pricing matters to us. When we quote a package, we tell you exactly what is included and what is not. There are no surprise charges added later. We also make hotel distances clear upfront which ones are within walking distance of Masjid al-Haram, which require shuttle transport and how that affects your day-to-day experience during Hajj.
The five days of Hajj covering Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah and the Jamarat are spiritually intense and logistically demanding. Our experienced Hajj coordinators and qualified scholars remain with the group throughout. Clear guidance on rituals, timings and movement keeps pilgrims calm and focused on worship.
Fraudulent Hajj bookings have left UK pilgrims stranded and out of pocket in previous years. The Council of British Hajjis (CBHUK) consistently advises booking only through verified operators. Travel to Kabah has been serving UK Muslims for over 19 years with a documented track record.
The UK Hajj quota is managed by Saudi authorities and is limited. Family rooms, quad sharing and elderly friendly non-shifting packages fill up well before the season opens. Registering your interest early gives us the best chance of securing the right accommodation for your group.
We have operated from the UK for over 19 years, serving thousands of British Muslim families. That experience means fewer surprises and better outcomes for you.
Our groups travel with qualified scholars who speak English, Arabic and Urdu. They guide pilgrims through every ritual with patience and knowledge including first timers who have never performed Hajj before.
We choose hotels based on actual walking distance to Masjid al Haram, cleanliness and service quality, not just star ratings. Our Madinah hotels are similarly selected for proximity to Masjid-an-Nabawi.
Return flights from major UK airports, Hajj and umrah visa processing, Nusuk registration support and all ground transfers between holy sites are handled by us. You focus on preparation; we handle the paperwork.
You can reach our UK based team at any hour. Whether you have a query before departure, need urgent assistance in Makkah or need help after returning home, our support line stays open.
We offer quad, triple, double and family room configurations. Group coordination for larger parties, couples travelling together and ladies only groups with female guidance is available across our package types.
Many of our Hajj 2027 pilgrims have previously travelled with us for Umrah — and that familiarity makes the Hajj journey smoother. If you are still building towards Hajj or would like to visit the holy cities before Hajj 2027, browse our Umrah packages to find a suitable date. Umrah is an excellent way to familiarise yourself with Makkah, Madinah and the rituals before undertaking the full Hajj obligation.
Our economy options are designed for pilgrims who want a complete, properly supported Hajj experience at a lower cost. Accommodation is 3 star with shared rooms (quad or triple), located at a moderate distance from Masjid al-Haram with regular shuttle service. Ideal for first time pilgrims and those travelling on a fixed budget. Starting from approximately £4,750 per person (subject to availability and confirmation of Saudi pricing).
A non shifting package means you stay in the same hotel in Makkah throughout your entire trip, no packing and unpacking, no moving between properties during the busiest days. This is particularly well suited to elderly pilgrims, those with mobility considerations and anyone who values consistency over cost savings. Hotels are 4 to 5 star and located close to Masjid al Haram.
For pilgrims who want the highest level of comfort, our 5 star packages offer hotels within walking distance of Masjid al-Haram, premium transport and a smaller group ratio for more personalised guidance. Private transfers, higher quality meals and superior room configurations are included.
Travelling with children or extended family adds another layer of planning. Our family packages offer quad and family rooms, coordinated group departures and dedicated support for parents travelling with young children or elderly relatives. Families stay together and move together.
Fully organised for women travelling in a group, these packages include female guides and group leaders, safe travel arrangements and support tailored to the specific needs of women performing Hajj 2027. Departures are arranged from multiple UK cities.
Direct and connecting flights are arranged from London Heathrow, Gatwick, Manchester, Birmingham and other UK airports depending on your departure city.
Hotel stays are confirmed in advance with clear information on distance from Masjid-al-Haram (Makkah) and Masjid-an-Nabawi (Madinah). No vague descriptions, we tell you the hotel name and its walking distance.
All transfers between Jeddah or Madinah airport, your hotels and the holy sites of Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah are included. Air conditioned coaches are used throughout.
We guide you through the Hajj visa application process, Nusuk Hajj registration and all required documentation. This includes passport validity checks, vaccine certificates and any additional requirements set by Saudi authorities for 2027.
Maktab (official Hajj camp) arrangements at Mina and Arafat are managed through Saudi ground operators. Tent accommodation at Muzdalifah is included as per the standard Hajj programme.
Visits to historic and spiritually significant sites in both Makkah and Madinah are arranged during your stay. These include locations referenced in Islamic history connected to al Masjid Haram and al-Masjid e Nabawi.
A qualified scholar accompanies every group from departure to return. Pre departure orientation sessions are held in the UK so pilgrims arrive well prepared.
Our on the ground team in Saudi Arabia works alongside our UK office throughout the season. Emergency assistance, medical referrals and day to day queries are handled without delay.

Flights from Heathrow and Gatwick with group meet up points arranged at the airport. London remains our largest departure hub with multiple flight options.
Direct and connecting options from Birmingham Airport for the Midlands community. Group coordination is available for Birmingham based pilgrims.
Serving the large Muslim community across Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Yorkshire. Group departures from Manchester Airport are arranged each season.
Scottish pilgrims can join a coordinated group departing from Glasgow with options to connect at a London hub if direct flights are unavailable.
For pilgrims in Bradford, Leicester and surrounding areas, group travel coordination is available with coach transfers to the nearest departure airport.
The Nusuk Hajj portal is the official platform managed by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. It is separate from the Nusuk app used for Umrah visits. For Hajj 2027, eligible pilgrims register through this portal, select their package category and complete payment through the platform’s e wallet system. Our team assists you through every stage.
Registration for Hajj 2027 is expected to open around August to October 2026 with package bookings running through to early 2027. Given the UK quota is limited, estimated at approximately 3,700 places, though not yet officially confirmed early registration is strongly advisable. Do not wait for official dates to be announced before getting in touch with us.
Typically required documents include:
Requirements can change, so we advise all pilgrims to confirm the latest list with us before submitting documents.
Saudi Arabia requires pilgrims to hold certain vaccinations before entry. Meningitis ACWY is mandatory. Additional requirements such as COVID-19 and seasonal influenza vaccines may apply for 2027. We provide a clear vaccination checklist as part of our pre-travel guidance.
If this is your first Hajj, the process can feel overwhelming. That is completely normal. We hold pre departure information sessions, provide written guides and ensure every first time pilgrim in our group has direct access to a knowledgeable coordinator throughout the journey. Please note all rules, quotas and requirements are subject to change by Saudi authorities and will be confirmed closer to the 2027 season.
Saudi Arabia allocates Hajj places by country. The UK receives a fixed quota each year and once those places are filled, no further bookings are possible. Hotels closest to Masjid al Haram are always the first to fill.
Pilgrims who register early have a greater choice of package type and hotel. Those who wait often find economy options have gone and only higher cost packages remain or no places at all.
We offer structured payment plans so you can secure your place now and spread the cost over several months. A deposit holds your booking; the balance is paid in agreed instalments before departure.
The number of Muslims in the UK who wish to perform Hajj continues to grow while the quota does not increase proportionally. Competition for places is higher now than it was five years ago. Booking 12 months or more in advance is the practical approach for most families.

We only select hotels that offer a realistic walking experience for pilgrims performing five daily prayers. Our listings include the hotel name, its approximate distance in metres and whether a shuttle is provided and struggle near to Haram our first priority.
Our Madinah accommodation is chosen based on proximity to the Prophet’s Mosque (al Masjid-an-Nabawi). The spiritual experience in Madinah is deeply personal and arriving rested and close to the mosque makes a real difference.
Breakfast and dinner are included in most package tiers. Shuttle transport between hotels and the Haram is provided where walking distance makes it necessary, particularly for elderly pilgrims.
We offer flexibility in room configurations. Quad sharing keeps costs lower, triple and double rooms offer more space and privacy. Family rooms are available for those travelling with children.
Fill in our short booking enquiry form or call our team directly. Tell us your preferred package type, departure city and how many people are travelling.
One of our experienced consultants will call you back to discuss your options, answer your questions and outline costs clearly. No pressure, no sales tactics.
Once you are happy with the details, confirm your package. A deposit secures your place while the rest of your documentation is prepared.
We guide you through Nusuk registration, visa application, vaccination requirements, and all required paperwork. We check everything before submission.
You will receive a full confirmation with all trip details. We hold a pre-departure session in person or online, so your group is prepared, informed and spiritually ready before you fly.
Not all packages are equal and price alone should not be the deciding factor. Here is what genuinely matters.
The closer your hotel is to Masjid al-Haram, the more time you spend in worship and the less time you spend walking or waiting for transport. For elderly pilgrims especially, this is not a luxury, it is a practical necessity. Ask any provider exactly how far their hotels are, not just a rough description.
Transfers between Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah and the holy sites of Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah need to run on time. Poor ground logistics during Hajj days can cause significant distress. Ask about the transport operator, coach quality and contingency arrangements.
The quality of your group leader affects your entire experience. Ours have performed Hajj multiple times, understand Saudi logistics and are patient with first timers and elderly pilgrims alike. They are not tour guides, they are knowledgeable companions.
A good provider tells you exactly what the price includes, what it excludes and what optional extras cost. Ambiguity around Qurbani (sacrifice), Ziyarah tours and porterage are common sources of frustration. We list inclusions clearly in every quote.
Hajj is not simply a trip. For many, it is a lifelong aspiration one they have been saving for, praying for and preparing for over many years. When the time comes, the last thing you want is uncertainty about logistics, costs or whether your operator is genuine. Travel to Kabah has been serving British Muslims since our founding with transparency, care and real expertise in Hajj and umrah travel. We know the routes, the hotels, the Nusuk process and the needs of UK families. More importantly, we understand what this journey means to you.

Hajj 2027 is expected to take place from approximately 14 to 19 May 2027, corresponding to 8–13 Dhul Hijjah 1448 AH in the Islamic calendar. The exact dates are confirmed by Saudi Arabia based on moon sighting, so they may shift by one to two days. Most UK packages depart two to three weeks before the main Hajj days to allow time in both Makkah and Madinah.
Hajj packages from the UK for 2027 are expected to start from approximately £4,750 for economy options and rise to £12,000 or more for luxury 5 star non shifting packages. In a shifting package, your hotel in Makkah changes during the Hajj period — you move to accommodation closer to the holy sites for the main Hajj days, then return or shift again afterwards. Non-shifting means you stay in the same hotel throughout your time in Makkah. Non shifting packages are generally more expensive.
Nusuk is the official digital platform managed by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. All international pilgrims must book their Hajj package through the official Nusuk Hajj portal. It is different from the Nusuk app used for Umrah. Travel to Kabah assists all clients with Nusuk registration as part of our service.
Typically required documents include a valid UK passport (valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates), completed Hajj application forms, meningitis ACWY vaccination certificate, a recent passport sized photograph and proof of relationship for female pilgrims under 45 travelling with a mahram. Requirements are set annually by Saudi authorities and may change.
Yes, Our non shifting and premium packages are specifically suited to elderly pilgrims. Hotels are chosen for lift access, proximity to the Haram and shuttle availability. Our group leaders are experienced in supporting pilgrims with mobility considerations.
